As part of its awareness and training program, the National Transport Safety Center (NTSC) held a specialized workshop titled “Duty Officer”, aimed at enhancing reporting procedures and improving performance at the Operations and Control Center. The workshop focused on strengthening the skills of duty officers in receiving and processing incident reports, with an emphasis on accuracy, timeliness, and professional response.
