The National Transport Safety Center (NTSC) held an internal workshop titled “NTSC Strategy Workshop”, as part of its commitment to strengthening collaboration and alignment among its teams to achieve institutional objectives. The workshop aimed to build a shared understanding of NTSC’s strategic priorities and implementation pathways, empowering staff to actively contribute to the Center’s mission and vision of enhancing transport safety.
