The National Transport Safety Center (NTSC) held a specialized workshop titled “Operations and Control Procedures”, as part of its ongoing development and training initiatives aimed at improving internal processes and readiness in handling incident reports. The workshop sought to foster information exchange among relevant departments, enhance knowledge transfer, and refine existing procedures for managing reports received by the Operations and Control Center. It addressed key topics such as workflow analysis, operational challenges, and coordination between teams, aligning with NTSC’s strategic goal of building an efficient, proactive, and integrated operational framework.
