The National Transport Safety Center (NTSC) held a specialized workshop titled “Road Safety Inspection and Audit Fundamentals”, as part of its mission to promote technical awareness and knowledge transfer to non-specialists. The workshop aimed to introduce core concepts in road safety auditing and inspection, tailored for non-engineering personnel, enabling them to understand the essential elements of infrastructure evaluation and its connection to traffic safety outcomes. It featured a set of real-world case studies, highlighting how preventive auditing contributes to the improvement of road network safety and risk mitigation through practical analysis and proactive recommendations.
